They Lie.
Ask them to come get me - they say ok, then NEVER SHOW UP. Later when i call to complain, they lie and say they were there. BS!
I can tell you from personal experience, and from bad experiences from others - this is about par for the course. The drivers will simply decide they have somewhere better to go - and leave you waiting.
Stay away.
