I bought a Mercedes-Benz black GLK 350
last weekend. The salesman was Greg Gleeson. He was extremely helpful and nice from the beginning. He listened to what features I wanted and found the car that I wanted which happened to be still in the back and hadn't been shown yet. It was my first experience with this dealership and with the brand. I decided to lease my new car and will def. be back to lease or buy another one again. I love it so far and enjoyed the personal service I received. I received a follow-up phone call from Greg a few days later as well as a handwritten note. While I was in the dealership, I felt at home and I thought Greg was an excellent salesperson.
I also wanted to say that the sales manager was very nice and helpful as well. His name was Richard Wasson and was very imformative regarding financing options and general questions.
Mr. Goza was the last person I dealt with and was great as well and very nice. He made the final signing process a breeze.
Used Jackie Cooper Nissan for service on my Nissan 350z. Excellent customer service and work quality. Work was done in very timely manner and I wouldn't trust any other dealership to work on my 'baby.' Very friendly workers made sure I was taken care of while I was waiting. Would recommend to friends.

I called Jackie Cooper and told them I had 2002 M230 that had a recall on the powder steering. I informed them that I had own the car for 2 years and didn't know what service had been completed on the car. I also told them I lived 140 miles from the dealership. He explained what was covered and not covered by the recall. They agreed with my son delivering and picking up the auto and me handling the bill by phone. The called me the day it was to be worked on about 10:30 told me they had found a couple things that needed fixing and couple of more that needed to be watched. Total cost about $350. I had told my wife before hand if it was less than $1000 I was not going to complain. They called me back about 3:30 and said the work was completed. I ask if they wait a couple of days for my son to pick it up and they said it would be fine. My son told me they were very nice when he picked the auto up.
Customer service is excellent! They worked hard to get the financing that we need with low interest rates. Explained every detail of the car. Followed up with phone calls about a week later. Answered more questions when I drove by one day to check on something. Treat me like a queen when I come in for service. Wash and vacuum my Armada with every oil change :)!!!
Great service. Great selection. Fair and honest. Financing that is on your side. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used model. Bought a Nissan and love it.
I would not consider myself a high dollar client and had doubts about being able to step on the lot of such a prestigious dealership, but I was wrong. Jim Gallagher is an outstanding salesman and made me feel like a top clientele. His professionalism and his warm smile made me feel very much at home. Gary in finance also made me feel very welcome. Any aprrehensions I previously had about car shopping at Jackie Cooper are now gone. Quality vheicles an outstanding staff have made me proud to call Jackie Cooper imports my new home.
